Égalité UK is the UK chapter of Égalité , the Publicis Groupe employee network for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and inclusive (LGBTI) professionals and their allies. Égalité’s programming is open to all Publicis Groupe employees who want to engage, regardless of location, position or orientation. Égalité are voluntarily run by employees, for the benefit of employees. Égalité aim to enhance Publicis Groupe’s reputation as an employer of choice for LGBTI employees and their allies, and bring people together within our own organisations and local communities, to champion and celebrate LGBTI inclusivity through social events, visibility and educational programmes.
