The RBS Rainbow Network (open to all employees) is one of the largest LGBT networks in the Banking Sector and was established in 2005 by employees for employees. Through a wide network of volunteers all over the world the RBS Rainbow Network aims to support staff – providing help on any LGBT issues, in or out of work and also support LGBT charities, with RBS Rainbow Network representatives each undertaking work to support charities that enhance the lives of LGBT people. The network provides development opportunities members through networking and learning and development sessions. The RBS Rainbow Network strives to be a well-run, visible network, internally and externally and to support the Bank – working with the Inclusion team on bank-wide initiatives.
