Alicia Miller
Learning and People at Reed Smith
Alicia is a learning and people development professional, with 14 years experience in the legal sector. At Reed Smith, Alicia specialises in behavioural change, coaching and people engagement in London and across our EMEA region. As well as her ‘day job’, Alicia is the Co-Chair of PRISM, the firm’s LGBT network, and is on the steering committee for the Women in Reed Smith gender initiative. She also sits on the London diversity committee supporting all the employee affinity groups and inclusion initiatives. Outside the firm Alicia is co-chair of TNON LGBT, the cross-industry network forum for LGBT employee networks.

Lt Cmd Chris Woods
Royal Air Force
Chris is co-chair of Compass Network and committed to driving inclusivity as a fundamental part of great leadership. He championed the network’s expansion from ‘LGBT’ to support all people who identify across the wider spectra of sexual orientation and gender identity. He organised the largest military presence at London Pride, an influential Pride reception attended by senior ministers and officers and a successful Defence event to mark 15 years of LGB serving openly in the forces. He speaks regularly at conferences on role models, inclusive leadership, unconscious bias and featured in a Guardian article about being gay in the Royal Navy.

Daisy Reeves
Partner at BCLP, previous Berwin Leighton Paisner
Daisy is a partner at international law firm, Berwin Leighton Paisner, and is one of the most senior ‘out’ gay female lawyers in the UK. She is BLP’s international LGBT Champion and co-founded its LGBT group 10 years ago. Daisy spearheaded the LGBT graduate recruitment event, ‘DiversCity’ and its mentoring scheme has encouraged over 300 LGBT students to apply to participating firms, recently winning the cross-sector national ENEI award for Inclusive Recruitment. Daisy acts as a Stonewall role model, mentor and ambassador, presenting and writing articles around LGBT matters. As well as promoting the LGBT-cause, she sits on the Inclusivity Board at BLP, covering all strands of diversity and participating in events around gender. Daisy also acts as a firm CSR representative.

Dan Fitz
Group General Counsel & Company Secretary at BT
Dan is Group General Counsel & Company Secretary at BT. He is also the company’s Diversity & Inclusion Executive Sponsor. This is his third General Counsel role. Dan studied law at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (JD Hons.1985); economics at UNC (BA Hons.1981); and international and comparative politics at the London School of Economics (Diplo. Distinction 1982). He is an attorney (New York) and a solicitor (England and Wales).Dan is from North Carolina and has lived in the UK since 1987.

Jacqui Gavin
Civil Service
Jacqui joined the Civil Service in 2009. In the same year, Jacqui was headhunted by the then Permanent Secretary, Sir Leigh Lewis, to become the inaugural Chair of the Transgender Staff support network within DWP, and then the Civil Service network a:gender. She progressed to Chair in 2013. Jacqui has been instrumental in enabling the gap between government and the private sector to be narrowed for equality in the workplace. In 2015 she was ‘Highly Commended’ at the national EiDA (Excellence in Diversity Awards), was named on the 2015 World Pride Power List, was ‘Highly Commended’ at the Scottish Icon Awards and named on The Independent’s Rainbow List.

Jonni Learoyd
Payroll Manager for Channel 4
Jonni Learoyd is the Payroll Manager for Channel 4, where he co-chairs the Pride network group and is the company Stonewall ambassador. He has been hugely successful in championing LGBT issues and influencing business change and has been pivotal to the work accomplished across internal diversity, spearheading a monitoring campaign with innovative communications and doubling the LGBT declaration rate. He’s a steering group member of InterMediaUK, an LGBT network group promoting inclusion across the media industry. He also acts as a mentor and adviser to other industry professionals on how to improve LGBT diversity in their own organisations.

Richard Chapman-Harris
Diversity & Inclusion Manager at Mott MacDonald
Richard is the Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Manager for global engineering consultancy, Mott MacDonald. He previously worked with Business in the Community and the British Transport Police, founding and chairing their LGBT networks, and was shortlisted for a European Diversity Award.

Tim Jarman
LGBT strategy at EY
At EY Tim leads the firm’s LGBT strategy in the UK and Ireland, driving change in support of LGBT equality across the whole of the region and beyond, and is a key convenor for EY’s global ‘network-of-networks’ – Unity. He sits on the global advisory board of the International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia, the steering committee of National Student Pride and is a trustee of the United Nations Association – UK. A Stonewall Leadership Programme alumni, Tim has spoken on LGBT workplace equality across the UK, Ireland and the USA. He was in the Out at Work Top 50 LGBT Executives in the UK list in 2015 and 2016, and shortlisted as a ‘Rising Star’ at the 2014 Out in the City / g3 Readers’ Awards and a ‘Corporate Rising Star’ at the 2015 British LGBT Awards.
