Amy Stanning
Director of Shared Services at Barclays
Amy Stanning is Co-Chair of Spectrum, the Barclays LGBT Colleague network. She is also Director of Shared Services within the Barclays Mortgage Business. She has previously held a range of roles across Barclays since joining following graduation. Spectrum has over 2500 members and Amy is responsible for colleague engagement, with Pride participation a big part of her agenda. Amy is an active speaker on trans issues, supporting colleague networks, the professional community and, more recently, schools and the NHS.

Ayla Holdom
Helicopter pilot in the Royal Air Force (previous)
Ayla Holdom served as a helicopter pilot in the Royal Air Force for 13 years and was an extremely proud member of the RAF Search and Rescue team, where she was operational for seven years up to 2016, responding to over 400 emergency ‘shouts’ in that time. Ayla assists the RAF Freedom Network on trans issues, helping continue the RAF’s 16 years’ experience actively supporting its LGBT personnel in reaching their full potential. Ayla also works with All About Trans, generating positive relationships and narratives with the UK media, and has recently begun working alongside Stonewall with the newly appointed Trans Advisory Group.

Kevin Dallas
Chief Product and Marketing Officer at Worldpay
Kevin is Chief Product and Marketing Officer at Worldpay, a recognised leader in London FinTech and a global commentator on payments. He was a key member of the team that successfully took Worldpay into the FTSE 100 in last year’s largest LSE float. Kevin is also the founder and executive sponsor of GLOW, Worldpay’s LGBT network, with more than 200 members and straight allies. Before Worldpay, Kevin was a Partner at Bain & Company, where he led Bain’s EMEA LGBT employee network, BGLAD. As a champion of diversity, Kevin speaks at events like EurOUT and Reaching Out MBA, and was a founding board member of Out for Undergrad.

Lee Marshall
Church of England
Lee has worked on LGBT issues for almost 30 years. As a senior manager within the Church of England’s central administrative bodies, he is the only out LGBT member of the Executive Leadership Team in Church House. He co-founded and is fully involved with the Church House LGBT network over five years ago. Outside the office, Lee was co-founder and the first Treasurer of Stonewall in 1989/90 and was a member of their Board for 10 years. He is currently Director/Trustee of the Ben Cohen StandUp Foundation. His passion is to assist LGBT organisations working together, both in the UK and in the USA.

Marianne Roling
General Manager at Microsoft
Marianne joined Microsoft in 2005 to lead the EMEA business for the Mobile Communications Business, managing the growth of Windows Mobile and working closely with mobile device makers and operators, resellers and software developers. In 2014, she became Partner and GM for SMSP, the division that leads the Partner network, Corporate Account Sales, and SMB sales and covers a large majority of Microsoft’s sales and marketing for the 33 countries in Central and Eastern Europe. Marianne has a wealth of relevant industry experience, working in both the fixed line and mobile space across Europe, USA and Latin America. She enjoys working with diverse cultures and countries and, as a business student, she lived and worked in India, Hungary, Italy and Spain.

Mark Anderson
Managing Director of Virgin Holidays
Mark Anderson was appointed Managing Director of Virgin Holidays in April 2014, after nine years in senior roles. As MD, he has transformed the profitability of Virgin Holidays, building strengths, realising synergies, simplifying the business and making the right strategic investments for its people and customers. Mark is a leading LGBT travel industry figure, with a passion for equality in travel. He has led Virgin Holidays’ headline sponsorship of the annual Attitude Awards for the last two years and has agreed to continue sponsorship until 2017. Mark is one of the founding members of the TTG LGBT Network, which celebrates the contribution of the LGBT community in the travel industry as well as driving positive change. He is also listed in the Financial Times Top 100 LGBT Executives.

Geoff Godwin
COO at AIG
Geoff is currently the COO for the UK business and leads as co-chair for the company LGBT Employee Network. He sits on numerous boards for the industry and charities. He has continued to champion workplace equality and supports across a number of different employee networks. He was recognised as number 37 in the Top 100 Leading LGBT Executives in 2015 for his work around LGBT leadership. He has provided active support to other LGBT networks across his industry.

Richard Beaven
Director at Swinton Insurance
Richard has worked in financial services for over 30 years, with major leadership roles at Barclays, Bank of New York, Thomson Reuters and Lloyds, and he is now the Distribution Director at Swinton Insurance, one of the UK’s leading insurance brokers. He leads 3000 staff across the UK. Richard is a Trustee of Stonewall, the LGBT charity, and co-founded LINK, the LGBT Insurance network. He is also an Executive Fellow of the University of Essex. He is passionate about all aspects of Diversity & Inclusion and is a regular panel speaker at business events. At a recent Swinton conference, Richard included both trans and gay customers within his company. He is a proud dad of four amazing children.
